DELIVERY POLICY
Service providers
Minelab's delivery services are carried out directly or through contracted third parties, with delivery services in all states in India.
Delivery times
During the progress of the purchase made, Minelab will communicate to the Customer an estimated time for delivery of the purchased product through the Minelab website.
For this estimate, Minelab will analyse the product, quantity, available stock and the distance between its distribution centre and the delivery address informed by the Customer.
Deliveries are most often made within the established deadline, however, they are subject to possible delays due to a wrong, non-existent or incomplete delivery address, weather conditions, airport traffic, festive dates, road conditions and other reasons. of force majeure.
In the event of any force majeure, Minelab will keep the customer updated regarding the cause of the delay so that delivery can be carried out in the shortest possible time.
Order tracking

Shipping cost
The shipping cost will be automatically calculated by the website, simply select the product and enter the zip code in the requested field, the system will calculate the value, which may vary due to the quantity of products, weight, volume, as well as the distance between the centre distribution and delivery location defined by the customer.
At its sole discretion, MINELAB may make special shipping categories, promotions or free shipping available on its Website, specific to some products and to some locations, permanently or temporarily. Delivery changes

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
Minelab India will only accepts returns, cancellations or exchanges of products purchased on Minelab.in if:
The product is defective, deficient or spurious;
The product is not of the characteristics or features as advertised or as agreed to; or
The product is not delivered as per the agreed delivery schedule except for the situations where late delivery was due to force majeure.

minelab.com.in processes your payment through secured Payment Aggregator CCavenue provided by Pine Labs Private Limited.
You can make secured payment via Credit Card, Debit Card and UPI.
Our secure-server software encrypts all your personal information including credit or debit card number, name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet.
